นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

1. ข้อมูลที่แอปใช้

ข้อมูลที่คุณกรอกเอง ได้แก่ ชื่อเล่น วันที่มีประจำเดือน ความยาวรอบเดือน อาการ ระดับพลังงาน โน้ต และการตั้งค่าเสียง ข้อมูลเหล่านี้ถูกบันทึกในพื้นที่จัดเก็บของแอปบนอุปกรณ์ของคุณเท่านั้น

2. สิ่งที่เรา ไม่ ทำ

• ไม่ต้องสมัครสมาชิกหรือเข้าสู่ระบบ
• ไม่ส่งข้อมูลขึ้นเซิร์ฟเวอร์หรือคลาวด์ใดๆ
• ไม่มีเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์หรือติดตามผู้ใช้ (analytics/tracking SDK)
• ไม่ส่งข้อมูลรอบเดือน อาการ หรือโน้ตให้ผู้ให้บริการโฆษณา
• ไม่ขายหรือแชร์ข้อมูลกับบุคคลที่สาม
• ไม่ขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึงตำแหน่ง รายชื่อ กล้อง หรือไมโครโฟน

3. โฆษณา (Google AdMob)

หลังจากใช้งานแอปครบ 45 วัน แอปจะแสดงโฆษณาแบนเนอร์ในหน้าปฏิทิน สถิติ และฉัน โดยขอเฉพาะ โฆษณาแบบไม่ปรับตามบุคคล (non-personalized) ก่อนครบ 45 วันแอปจะไม่เริ่มระบบโฆษณาเลย เมื่อแสดงโฆษณา Google อาจเก็บข้อมูลทางเทคนิค เช่น ตัวระบุอุปกรณ์ IP address และข้อมูลการโต้ตอบกับโฆษณา เพื่อแสดงโฆษณา วัดผล และป้องกันการฉ้อโกง ตาม นโยบายของ Google แอปไม่ขอสิทธิ์ติดตามข้ามแอป (ATT)

4. การลบข้อมูล

ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ทุกเมื่อที่แท็บ "ฉัน" → "ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด" หรือลบแอปออกจากเครื่อง ข้อมูลจะหายไปทันทีและกู้คืนไม่ได้ เนื่องจากเราไม่มีสำเนาเก็บไว้

5. ข้อมูลสำรองของระบบ

หากคุณเปิดการสำรองข้อมูลของระบบปฏิบัติการ (เช่น iCloud หรือ Google Backup) ข้อมูลของแอปอาจถูกสำรองตามการตั้งค่าของบัญชีคุณเอง ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของ Apple หรือ Google

6. ข้อมูลสุขภาพ

Daisy Days เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยจดบันทึกและสังเกตตัวเอง ไม่ใช่อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ ไม่ใช่วิธีคุมกำเนิด และไม่ใช้แทนคำแนะนำของแพทย์ การคาดการณ์เป็นการประมาณจากข้อมูลที่คุณบันทึก

7. เด็ก

แอปไม่ได้เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากผู้ใช้รายใด รวมถึงผู้ใช้อายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง เราจะอัปเดตหน้านี้และวันที่มีผลด้านบน

Privacy Policy

1. Data the app uses

Information you enter yourself — nickname, period dates, cycle length, symptoms, energy level, notes and sound settings — is saved in the app's local storage on your device only.

2. What we do not do

• No account or sign-in
• No upload to any server or cloud
• No analytics or tracking SDKs
• No cycle, symptom or note data is shared with ad providers
• No selling or sharing with third parties
• No access to location, contacts, camera or microphone

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

After 45 days of use the app shows banner ads on the Calendar, Stats and Me screens, requesting non-personalized ads only. The ad SDK is not started before day 45. When ads are shown, Google may collect technical data such as device identifiers, IP address and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, per Google's policies. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

4. Deleting your data

Use "ฉัน (Me)" → "ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด (Delete all data)" or uninstall the app. Data is removed immediately and cannot be recovered because we keep no copy.

5. System backups

If you enable OS backups (iCloud / Google Backup), app data may be included according to your own account settings, governed by Apple's or Google's policies.

6. Health information

Daisy Days is a self-tracking aid. It is not a medical device and not a contraceptive method, and it does not replace professional medical advice. Predictions are estimates based on what you log.

7. Children

The app does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13.

8. Changes

Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
